In the finals, Chicago Eddie and Detroid Fats are each dealt a hand of aces and eights, the "Dead Man's Hand"! Each player then gets a shot at cheating. Eddie secretly steals two aces from Fats, giving him four aces. Fats then shows his hand to be a straight flush, showing each card front and back! Eddie, not to be outdone, changes his hand into a royal flush to win the competition.
This is a fact paced effect, that if slown down just right to explain the situation: two world class cheats... two hands, one 88AA face down & 88AA face up. This premise will blow your audiences mind. (Oddly enough, I've performed live this effect over 100 times, and no one reached for the cards.) The routine is so generously thought out and every card completely shown from an audience perspective... with magic happening right away you have 88AA is 4A, then countered with 9-KC straight flush only to end on your turning just 4A into Royal Flush in Hearts!
