Love this effect looks like camera trick. The only thing I had trouble with is when to put my hands in the right position for the first phase (half deck). I was trying to do it while shaking the deck. I think this is because I saw your first finger pushing down on the deck in the instructions. Once I put my middle finger on outside edge and first finger on upper corner it was easy. Until then it was impossible for me.
