Nearly 10 years ago, Danny Orleans wrote “Magic Scratchers,” the first interactive scratch-off book of magic tricks. It was published by Chronicle Books.

They are out of print now, and hard to find (even Danny only has one!). But here’s one of the pages from the book, brought to life through a video.
