Welcome to this week's episode of The Insider. This week we interview magician, academic and author of Experiencing the Impossible: The Science of Magic.

Despite Steinmeyer saying we're guarding an empty safe, some magicians feel that the book is an outrage because some very basic and widely known magic principles (ie, misdirection) are discussed in the book and his wider work in science. We hear from the horse's mouth what his views on this are. It's an interesting chat.

Great interview, very intelligent discussion. The book by Professor Kuhn is must reading, I am reading it very carefully and find the reading very rewarding. Great listening.
