We've been asking some of you how we can improve what we do in a small survey.
We love getting your feedback and suggestions and have already implemented a new advanced search thanks to your ideas.
However, some of the suggestions were for things we already do, so we thought it would be useful to address all of these in a blog post.
"Have lower prices."
We offer a price match guarantee. So if you find the same item on sale for less at another magic store, just let us know and we’ll match the price.
"When my order was delayed, I would have appreciated an email updating me."
Obviously when we hand over the package to the postal service, it’s out of our control, but have started emailing regular updates about any delays as soon as we hear about them.
"I’d appreciate more material outside of cards."
"Have faster shipping."
We pride ourselves on offering the fastest free shipping in the market, but also flexibility. Some people are happy to wait a little longer to get something with no shipping fees. Sometimes you need something ASAP. When you checkout, you can opt for a faster service if you need the item urgently.
"I would like to get your weekly newsletter about products, but I do not wish to head about decks of cards in other emails."
