We are absolutely thrilled to release this brand new download from Peter Pellikaan. If you have seen any of his previous downloads, Peter needs no introduction but for those of you that haven't, you are in for a treat. His magic is diabolically clever, completely original, innovative and above all, seriously fooling.
Once you start watching, you'll be hooked and you will re-calibrate any opinion you ever had of 'packet tricks'. The routines are packed with magic and just when you think it's all over, that's when Peter will hit you even harder. That's why we love his material so much. Having that moment of amazement is so rare and every time we get a new video from Peter, we all gather around and prepare to be fooled. Badly.
On this download, you will learn four incredible tricks:
Follow the King - In this fast monte themed effect, the audience is asked to follow the King as it is mixed amongst the Eights. Suddenly, the Eights have all gone and only Kings are left. Before you can fully process the transformation of Eights to Kings, everything changes to Jokers. This is fast, fun and very manageable.
Wild Jazz - A stripped down, jumbled up and reformed version of reset in which Queens and Nines impossibly change places. Then, at the end, the Nines are nowhere to be seen and only the Queens remain. We did a double take on this one. It's so clean and great fun to perform.
Jokers All - The faces change. The backs change. Everything changes. You're going to have to watch the video on this one!
The J-J - This routine has everything we love about Peter Pellikaan mixed into one trick. Cards change, transpose and then at the end, there is a pause, and then one last kicker.
Running time: 20mins approx.
Important: Peter Pelikaan's face never appears in his videos, they look homemade, his voice is rough, and his background is a mystery. Peter teaches fast, and doesn't speak much during the tutorials, but they are clear enough assuming that you already know standard moves such as false counts, displays and, on the very odd occasion, lapping. The camerawork isn't fancy by any means, but his astounding magic speaks for itself.
