Being old and slightly hard of hearing may be part of the problem, but this young man is VERY HARD to understand. Ordered 3 downloads and I am VERY HAPPY with the other 2, but I cannot understand MOST of what this gentleman is saying. Wish I could get my money back on this one or at least a credit for another trick as there is no way I would be able to master this trick not knowing what he is saying. :(
