No DIY or burning around stencils required. Each "Coin Artist" coin has been specially printed in a way that looks like genuine scorch marks from a lighter or flash paper. It can also resemble creative ink stains from Sharpies, opening up a variety of different presentations.
The black impressions do not come off easily unintentionally so you and your spectators can handle them all you want. But, if needed, the coins can be restored to their original appearance easily too. For the sake of US Law, no coins have been permanently defaced.
