The most visual, unique, and practical torn and restored card you’ll ever see. This massive hit at Magifest is now available worldwide.
"I honestly have no idea how you just made that happen." Jeremy Griffith
"One of the most unique and memorable Torn & Restored card effects you can perform.” Nicholas Lawrence
"Hold up, what the chocolate fudge is going on? That just looks like some witchcraft. Stay away from me." Avi Yap
A freely-chosen card is selected, removed from the deck and, if desired, signed by your participant. You then fold and tear off a corner. What comes off, must go back though. It’s time to restore the card, but in a bit of an unconventional way.
You take out a mini stapler and staple the torn corner to the card. But, not in the corner it came from. Instead,
you staple it right in the center of the back of the selected card.
Then, passing your hand over the stapled corner, you’re able to impossibly move it. The audience sees as the corner passes right through the staple and is completely restored back on the corner it came from.
The card can be immediately handed out, examined, and kept as a one-of-a-kind souvenir. They can clearly see the staple still remains in the center of the card and the corner even still has holes in it.
“Slipstream” by Eric Stevens is a dream card magic effect. It’s both visual and powerful. You get everything you need to start performing right away. Your kit includes the mini stapler, staples, and 2 pre-assembled red and blue gimmicks that come ready to go. You’ll even get extra pieces to create your own gimmicks with your favorite deck of cards if you’d like.
The included instructions go into immense detail, including how to perform “Slipstream” from multiple angles and other variations. You’ll even learn a gimmick-less version, as well as a bonus unique presentation using a blank card “Trimuda Berangle”.
This is a wonderful card effect that you’ll love performing. But don’t take our word for it. Here’s what others had to say about “Slipstream” by Eric Stevens.
