A enthralling new presentation for Paul Curry's "Out of this World".
While "Out of this World" was already considered one of the strongest card tricks ever made, "The Curious Case of Amanda Cole" gives it a captivating new twist that will hook your audience and never let go.
While discussing the tale of Amanda Cole—a woman who could FEEL colors and emotions—you bring out a stack of antique photographs. Your participant takes them and freely separates them into two face-down piles based on their gut instinct.
The photos are then flipped over to reveal your participant has somehow channeled their inner Amanda Cole. They too must have the gift of sensing emotions because one pile is filled with happy, smiling children, and the other is filled with upset children.
Unique props combined with an intriguing story make "The Curious Case of Amanda Cole" a real winner. Trying to "sense emotions" offers a more relatable and believable premise than simply separating cards into red and black. It's still super easy to do and, since you're not using a full deck of cards, also plays faster; avoiding the lulls that can sometimes impact other similar routines.
You'll receive 24 gorgeous, custom-designed photo cards inside a handcrafted presentation box alongside a photo of Amanda Cole. As a special bonus, you also get access to a eerie custom-made audio recording of an "interview" from the early '70s between Amanda and her god-niece Eva Grange. You can use this to help flesh out the backstory and give the story more legitimacy.
The detailed video instructions teach you several handlings of "Out of This World"; including the classic Paul Curry method, Karl Fulves "Even Money Proposition" and more!
