I have been eyeing this product for some time since it was only a TCC exclusive. I wanted to wait for it to come to vanishing to get better and quicker shipping, which Vanishing did.

The trick they teach is the one in the full performance, so I think they do a pretty good job showing what you are going to get, which to me is great. I had a pretty good idea of the method when I got it, so I was not surprised that I got what I thought. The product you get is solid. It comes with two sets of dice for the routine, the gimmick(s), and a couple of upkeep items that help with the routine. Basically, it comes with everything you need to perform this.

Everything is taught in detail in the download. They have a few tips and tricks, but it is quite to the point.

I have been able to perform this at a couple of shows and it has some nice positives to it. It is a non-card trick, so it is a bit diverse from my typical magic. It takes up very little pocket space. You can pretty much end the routine at any time, which is a positive for table hopping and walk-around. It comes with extra dice incase anything happens to yours. I really like the fact that the gimmick helps with pocket management and maintaining of the illusion.

Some issues I have had and can see happening with others. The routine, as good as it is, has a few areas that could be improved on, and they do not talk about alternative handling much in the download. This trick is better for slightly darker environments. I have not performed this in an outside setting, but I feel that with the nature of the method, it would still fly since the first moment is not telegraphed in the routine so it takes people by surprise. The reset is not long, but it does require you to go to a corner or under a table to reset. When I have done this walk around, in between groups I would walk to the side and set it up. It can be covered, but it does take about 15 seconds to reset and it is not something I would do in front of the audience. The instructions base the routine if you keep the dice in your pocket. I would like to have a modification made where I could clip it to a belt or elsewhere so I do not have to go into my pocket as much.

I think this is a fantastic project and worth the price. I can see myself doing this at most walk-around events as it is a good prop for both casual and formal events that can be handed out at the end and in between phases.
