Like all magic effects, Double Down has some strengths and weaknesses.
Strengths
1. The pairing of the Whiteboard Monte and Fast and Loose is novel
2. It lends itself to a scam-themed-presentation
3. The props are well made
Weakness
1. I experience some speech intelligibility problems in listening to the tutorial, ones that transcended the dialect differences
2. There were a couple of spots on the video where the actions and words didn’t match. Specifically, mention was made of using the right hand for a move, and yet the video showed the left hand being used.
3. The pen supplied was a very narrow point. A wider point would have been better. I tried several other dry erasable pends with broader tips, but they didn’t work well with the whiteboard
4. The chain supplied was a bit short and was not a continuous loop. The ends of the chain were held into place with a gripper that enabled one to form a complete circle. When I used the supplied chain, several times, spectators thought I was secretly hooking and unhooking the chain gripper. I had to replace the supplied chain with a slightly longer chain in a continuous loop with no gripper, a chain that was more substantial than the thin one provided.
5. The video shows money being exchanged during the betting process. This made the effect interesting, but, unfortunately, no mention is made of this in the video. It would have been interesting to hear about the money tips.

Conclusion
I like the effect and will use it but found it necessary to develop many compensatory behaviors to adapt to the weaknesses, which could have been avoided with better product design and clearer instruction.
