This accessory was specially manufactured to be used with "The Invisible Hand" by Michel (the Hold Out).
It allows you to perform the cleanest version of the classic "Smoking the Thumb" like a pipe, made famous by the great Fred Kaps.
With this version you can show the hands absolutely empty after, before and during the effect.
Please note: this product requires the use of a lit cigarette (not included)
