Alan Rorison has developed a seemignly-impromptu card in iPhone effect that fooled us all at Vanishing Inc. Alan teaches how to take the corner of a signed card, a business card, a playing card or even a banknote and pass it through the screen of a mobile phone. Here's the important bit: all of the objects can be borrowed! You don't even need to use an iPhone— any smart phone with a large screen can be used. Some key points:

  • The card is a free selection
  • The card is signed
  • It uses the spectator's phone
  • It doesn't use an app
  • Everything can be fully examined

Unlike other iPhone effects, the gimmick for this one can be easily upgraded as Apple change their designs.

This is a clever, modern effect with an intriguing method. It is exactly the kind of trick all walkaround magicians should carry with them. It uses up no pocket space and produced TV style eye-popping magic (there's a phrase you don't read on Vanishing Inc. often!)

"If you are looking for an insane card through window style effect that will leave your spectators minds blowen, this is it! and insane visual and another crazy concept from Mr Rorrison"
Dee Christopher
"When you first see this you think "oh that's a cool app" Then you remember that it is your phone. Then your remember that you selected, signed and tore the card yourself and it is now INSIDE your phone. Then you have no where else to go but into madness. Bravo Alan"
Ben Williams
"I LOVE IT!"
Greg Wilson

DVD running time: 30 minutes (includes two bonus iPhone effects).
