• Benoit asks: Can this be performed while standing in a strolling situation, in a restaurant for example ?

  • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: The money serves a purpose. Basically, you claim that you are betting that your prediction will be correct. If you fail, the audience will win the $2.

• Michael asks: What concerns me is how the bills repeatedly go out of focus on the trailer at times when it seems that focus could have been maintained on both the lifted card and the bills. Is the gimmick obvious? Is it best in low light?

  • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: Modern cameras (and lighting) are unforgiving. Done in normal situations, nothing unusual will be seen. I would feel utterly confident performing this in any bar or restaurant. I would be careful in a brightly lit photography studio.

• Joseph asks: How solid is the gimmick? With basic care, would it eventually break down or would it last for a long time?

• Jesper asks: Can any currency be used to make the bet? For me it would look strange if I bet dollars instead of euros.

  • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: Since you make the gimmick up, you should be able to make it with Euros without any issues.

• Conway asks: Can this be done with polymer ('plastic') bank notes, as used in Australia and elsewhere?

• Sydney asks: I am the type of person who likes gimmicks that I can make myself. Is there items inside the box to make another gimmick? Will I be able to make one with items bought from a staples or office depot?

  • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: You receive enough materials to make two Profiteers (one for left handed use and one for right handed use). With some arts & crafts "DIY" skills, yes, you should be able to use items from an office supply store.

  • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: Apart from them being totally different effects, the gimmicks are different. Switch One's main effect is any card named under a glass. With Profiteer, you need to carry a specific gimmick with you. Switch One's switch can not only be done with the taught effects but can be applied to other routines.
