How many preset sounds are there?
You'll receive more than 10 preset sounds.
Can I record my own sounds?
Yes. You can transfer sounds via USB. This means you can even record the desired sounds on your phone, transfer them to your computer and then put them on the device. Any .mp3 file will work.
What is the storage capacity?
"Soundwave" is equipped with 4MB of storage capacity. For reference, a sound effect ranges from approximately 20kb to 100kb. Longer tracks like "Happy Birthday" can be about 450kb.
What is the battery life like?
With average use, it can last up to 3-5 days. However, battery life is ultimately dependent on both usage frequency and volume level.
Does the device have a volume adjuster?
There is no built-in volume adjuster. You will need to edit the volume level of the file itself before uploading to the device.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, there is a one-year manufacturer's warranty that starts from your date of purchase. Please be advised that this warranty is serviced directly by N2G. Vanishing Inc. is not able to assist with warranty claims. They will need to be sent directly to N2G.
Is this device waterproof
No it is not. Please avoid using in damp or wet environments. The warranty does not cover water damage.
