Tango nest of boxes, is another jewel introduced by Marcelo Insua and Tango Magic. 

They are two small brass boxes which fit one inside the other. You can make a borrowed ring, a signed coin or one small paper with a prediction appear inside the boxes. They work like a bill tube system and look incredible. 

The set includes a special handkerchief to vanish a borrowed ring and you get a URL link where everything is explained. You will learn a great routine using this nest of boxes, plus another 60 different routines with Tango products.

I saw some reviews for these complaining of visible gaps in the base that could give the game away to spectators, and whilst a hairline crack is just visible on the corner, I don't think anyone is going to look close enough to spot it. The mechanism works well, though the threads of the unscrewed ends need a bit of a clean, hard to line up the threads properly to re-close them.

The ring vanishing hank that comes with this is functional but far from ideal. If you intend to use this routine I'd recommend getting a higher quality prop for the vanish part.

Firstly, the gimmicked aread looks like some quickly dremeled away a smal section until it was "good enough" and didn't bother cleaning up the sharp edges that are just randomly about. No uniformity to the cuts, whatsoever. Closing the gimmick for the first box works just fine, but that doesn't close the inside box completely, so you need to press down on the second box before it's dumped out, or the slot is immediately visible and obvious. Finally, when using a signed coin, you need to make sure that YOU dump it out, or the box functions like a coin squeeze gimmick, and retains the coin. I was so excited for this, and now I'm completely disappointed. It does work okay with a ring, but this prop is cheap and WAY over priced for the quality. I even had this shipped to me at the fastest rate, so it could be a part of my show for tomorrow, and now I have to pull something out of nowhere to fill the time slot. Tired of getting burned on over priced bad props.
