WAJTTTT PRESENTS - METHOD 01 BY CALEN MORELLI (Pronounced- [wuht])

WAJTTTT IS METHOD 01?

Imagine having the ability to cause any freely named card, or any two-digit number impossibly appear blistered on your fingertips.

Method 01 is magic's most innovative blister effect. Method 01 is based on the original blister effect published by Jack Kent Tillar back in 1972. Calen has created a revolutionary redesign of the blister effect.

Method 01 is a secret weapon that 'hides in plain sight' so you can do all the dirty work right under your spectator's noses. This invisible index gives you the freedom of choice without the hassle of difficult misdirection.

Since the handling is built into the routine, there is no fumbling. You start clean when you begin, and you end clean when you reveal the thought-of card or number. There are no unnecessary moves, and Calen's carefully written presentation covers all the bases.

Apply Method 01 onto your favorite playing card box and smile as it disappears into your box design. Even place the card box directly in your spectator's hand - they won't feel a thing.

It's designed be an everyday carry - and takes up virtually no extra space in your pocket.

Method 01 gives you the power to perform the blister effect with confidence, and get those drop-dead reactions you've always wanted. It's so incredibly simple, you'll be performing it just minutes after receiving your gimmick.

  • No Forces - any card or any 2 digit number.
  • Easy to perform - The moves are effortless and invisible.
  • Camouflaged gimmick allows it to hide in plain site!
  • Everyday carry.
  • Instant reset.
  • No pocket work.
  • The precision-made device will last for years.

Method 01 includes an instruction video and precision-made device

A highly practical, commerial gimmick that deserves to go into straight into any magician's repertoire. If you like the Blister effect this allows it to be achieved in an incredibly deceptive way (the work can be done in plain sight). The gimmick quality is strong and ought to last a long time if taken care of properly, and takes up virtually no extra space as opposed to other blister style gimmicks on the market. Having all cards as an option for blisters allow for much versatility in handling, allowing this effect to be done with named cards, peeked cards, forced cards and such, another advantage over other blister style gimmicks.

For the price you get a direct, unique and powerful effect that you can bring with you anywhere, if you wish to perform the Blister effect, this is the one.

My favorite purchase in ages!!! Practical, visual, huge reactions.

The gimmick allows you to imprint literally ANY card named by the spectators in seconds (yes seconds!) right under their nose. I love the subtlety where you can even put the gimmick right in the spectators hands.

Other things to love about it:
Takes up no extra space in your pocket. If you already carry a deck of cards just attach to box.

I realize the blister plot has been explored before but this one really checks all the boxes for me. No force. Instant impression. No fumbling in pockets. In LOVE with this! Product of the year?

  • Lewis asks: Is this useable as a working magician in working environment eg reset etc?

    • 1. Franc answers: Zero reset highly applicable to ANY environment! The effect is very direct and bulletproof.
    • 2. Bryan answers: What if the cats were too busy singing? It might win by more votes!
    • 3. wajtttt answers: Imagine an award show just for no bullshit, practical, what you see is what you get magic effects. This would win by at least 22 votes. Unless the judges were cats..that might yield different results :)
    • 4. Philip answers: The cat thing. I owe you both steak and beers.

  • Jonathan asks: Does the box need to be ''Bicycle'' ? Or can the gimick be easily adapted to other boxes? I dont usualy use Bykes so other box designs would be my main concern.

    • 1. Franc answers: Any box will work! It’s my personal favorite thing about this. Maximum utility and impact.
    • 2. wajtttt answers: The Index is laser cut out of clear acrylic so that it can be placed on any card box design and immediately disappear into the design. Very efficient and practical thinking.

  • Khalish asks: Any diy required?

    • 1. delaporte answers: Nope! you will receive everything you need for this trick
    • 2. wajtttt answers: The only thing you have to do is peel off the protective film keeping your gimmick all shiny and new! "Fun Fact #22" you don't even have to try for reactions with this, people will just hand them over willingly. It hits a nerve with people.

  • Rosario asks: Can I blister the Initials of a person onto my fingers?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: No. You can "blister" any card or any 2 digit number.
    • 2. Sandra answers: Presumably if you were to make the gimmick yourself you could change it to work with initials. But the DIY would be a pain.
  • Larry asks: How long, on average, does it take for the blister to disappear so you can perform it again? Also, can you blister any two fingers? Are there easier ones to blister than others?

    • 1. Franc answers: In my experience you just massage ur fingertips for 30 seconds or so. Can depend on the person but never long .
    • 2. wajtttt answers: It lasts for 45-90 secs on average. We recommend using the index and middle finger for the most deceptive way of locating the needed imprints and applying pressure needed naturaly.

  • Jonathan asks: Can you apply the gimmick to anything other than a cardbox?

    • 1. wajtttt answers: Yes anything and everything...phone, wallet, etc. Cards take the least amount of thinking to get it up and running into a set list. If there is some sort of small design to the surface you're applying the device to it will disappear into the the design easily.
