Magic download troubleshooting

I just get a black screen; no video loads

To ensure good quality playback, our video files are quite large files. On some connections, it may take a few minutes to load the video.

The video keeps stopping and starting

This may happen on some slower connections as the video is still being downloaded while you're trying to watch it. In these instances, we suggest visiting the download page and waiting for five minutes or so before watching the video to give the video chance to fully download to your browser.
