Why aren’t you responding to my emails?
This FAQ is at the top of the list because we feel it’s most important. Our Support Wizards are committed to offering you the best possible experience. Every email is responded to by a real person as fast as possible.
No emails are ever ignored. In fact, our current average response time is less than three hours. And, in some cases, you’ll get a response in less than an hour.
If it’s been longer than 24 hours since you sent your email, please check your “spam”, “junk” or “promotions” folder. It is possible that our emails have ended up there. If that’s the case, please move them to your inbox. To avoid any potential issues in the future, please also see below to learn how to whitelist emails with your email provider or add email addresses to your safe senders list.

If you don’t see your email provider or are using a dedicated server through your company’s email system, you may need to contact your IT team or email provider directly.
