We are looking for passionate magic store demonstrators to perform our beginners magic effects in retail stores in the popular tourist area of San Francisco.
Your role will involve performing various Vanishing Inc. magic tricks for tourists who are new to magic. You will be advising our customers the most suitable magic tricks for them, and will be providing an upbeat and welcoming introduction to the world of magic.
Your day working at a magic store
Your honesty, hard-work, and magic abilities will inspire our team to deliver great results and provide a consistently amazing customer experience. You’ll learn our top-selling magic tricks and perform and demonstrate them for our customers, whilst creating a memorable shopping experience for our tourists and customers. Specifically, your role will involve:
- Actively greeting and engaging with our customers on the sales floor to provide the best customer experience, whilst providing many of them with a short magic show.
- Supporting in the maintenance of a a tidy and clean sales floor to ensure a positive shopping.
- Actively processing, stock, and replenishing products on the sales floor and stock room.
- Working on the checkout to handle all transactions.
- Sharing your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a high-quality magic, and positive working environment.
The number of hours you work are negotiable and we run an informal shift-swapping process as it's important to us that you have plenty of time for magic gigs and family time.
