Constructing quality gimmicks demands quality tools. This Elastic Thread is a tough, durable, clear elastic thread that can handle almost any application.

Each spool contains 656 feet (200 meters) of transparent, elastic thread. The thread has a high-tension strength, with a low-gloss finish that will keep your thread hidden when in use. No stripping required so you can start using it out of the box. If you are repairing a card gimmick or inventing a new trick, this is a must have accessory for your tool box.

Very pleased with my invisible thread star using it the first day I got it in the mail. Thank you for sending me a great product.

This product is amazing. It has so much thread on it and you need so little to make a cool magic gimmick

I’m a fan of this product. I’ve bought a couple just to have as backup. I tend to lose supplies. This is a staple any DIY must keep handy.

Great product for IT tricks, and for certain types of home made Gimmicks, very usefull.

  • Edward Alexander asks: What's the difference between this thread and the invisible thread? Thank you, Alexander

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: Elastic thread is different to invisible thread in that it's much thicker. It can be used for creating card gimmicks, rising card effects, and so on.
  • Shaul asks: How do you find the end of the thread I can’t find it in a new one I just got

    • 1. SGKYDUYEN answers: It's easy, I think you can try to use your finger slide thought the thread and the end will pop out

  • Monika asks: can I make Hondo's flap card with this???

    • 1. SGKYDUYEN answers: You can, I made Hondo Flap with this thread

  • Larry asks: So, I ordered this to make "loops". Is it the wrong stuff for that?

    • 1. SGKYDUYEN answers: Nope, you can't make the loop with this thread. This is too visible for the loop, I suggest you buy the loop by Yigal

  • Dylan asks: Any difference between this and Prym in any way? I'd prefer to purchase from you if not.

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: There is no obvious difference, to our knowledge.
  • Ed asks: Is it stretchy?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: Yes, it is made of elastic.
  • Charles asks: Would it be to much to inquire what is the actual thickness of the elastic thread in millimeters? They are made in 10 different thicknesses. Thanks.
