We all have unique traits, emotions, and characteristics that make us who we are. And everyone we meet has their own special qualities too.
Here’s a fun, fooling routine to try with your friends: Ask your friend to think of anyone they know—whether it’s a friend, a relative, an acquaintance, or even a famous person. Then, show them ten cards, each listing 100 different human traits and emotions. Have them browse through the traits and pick the one that best matches the person they’re thinking of.
Next, they place the card with their chosen trait on your palm, followed by the rest of the cards, which you both mix together. You then flip the cards over and have them look for their chosen trait again. Once they find it, they hand you the card along with the others, and they’re shuffled once more. Amazingly, you already know the word they’re thinking of and can reveal it in any way you like!
This trick is practically self-working, requires no memorization, no fishing, and offers a free choice from 100 words. The person never says anything aloud, everything can be examined, and it works 100% of the time. It’s based on a system by Bill Pryor that has been greatly enhanced and simplified.
