  • Treven asks: yes I would also like to verify if I won't be able to watch after 7 days. I figured it would be something we can come back to on our account like most videos or streams you do. I think that will be the deciding factor for a lot of people to purchase it or not. Thanks!

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: No, this is like renting a movie. Due to contractual agreements with performers, we're unable to offer it as a download, it will be streaming only and only available for seven days.

  • Craig asks: Can those who attend in person also get access to the recordings for 7 days after the event?

    • 1. Peter answers: Agreed- would be amazing to be able to watch any sessions that I can’t make during the weekend and there’s always those ‘I didn’t quite catch that’ moments in lectures it would be brilliant to be able to review over the following week. Given the cost of attending I won’t be getting this at this price but would be great if this could be offered (perhaps at a heavily discounted price?) to all attendees. Fingers crossed VI will provide a 20th birthday surprise! ????
    • 2. Stefan answers: Ive asked about this, but they told me you need to be buy it separately. Not sure if there are other conferences that do this, so I think it would've been a game changer if it was included.

  • Mark asks: I followed the link to the schedule in that last question. (a) Will all those events listed in the Main Room column be available to the stream ticket? (b) Will the "not-officially sanctioned impromptu open-mic show" on 1/11 in Main Room also be available to stream?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: a) Yes b) No, this is an informal, late-night thing and could go into the "rude" territory so we gotta be safe!

  • Yves asks: Unfortunatly, 7 days is not enough to see everything I would like as I have other things to do besides magic. So I am still on the fence with this.

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: That's totally your call. I get it. People are busy. But our performers do not want their intimate secrets shared only with the people attending to exist online forever. Conventions are ephemeral things. As is this innovative streaming option. We realize many people can't attend in person because of "reasons". So we are testing what happens if we stream it to the world. We've never done this before. And if the stipulations in our contracts with the performers put you off, we get it.
