Magic by Doug Scheer
Doug Scheer is Michigan's #1 elementary school performer and has been seen over 8000 times by students in the Midwest. He is recognized as one of the country's top educational performers having won "Best Assembly Performer" by the KGB (Kidshow Guru Braintrust), an elite group of children's performers, comedy writers and TV producers. He has been a featured lecturer to the magic community at the combined IBM/SAM in St. Louis, Magic Live in Las Vegas, and twice at the international kids magic conference, KIDabra.
Doug has been the contributing school show expert in the national trade magazine MAGIC for four years and he was even invited to perform at the White House in 2008. He has developed over a dozen themed and scripted educational and entertaining shows for kids and teens on a range of topics including anti-bullying and character development as well as curriculum-based shows in Science and History. Doug shares his show and approach to performing for children in his books and DVDs and also makes his work available for other professional kid show workers on a franchise basis.
