It does its job well.There are much appreciated pdf and video instructions.The only drawback I found on my product is that if what is written is not canceled within a couple of minutes, the trace of what is written will remain, in a more or less evident way. And not even trying to use all the specific products of this world and not even the household ones will you be able to cancel them. This however is a common problem with any whiteboard and marker I've used so far. If someone could find, in general, a marker and chalkboard pair that didn't have this urge to erase, I think they'd make a lot of sales.
