I really wanted to like these, but the markings just aren't subtle enough. The difference between the cards was spotted the first 2 times I used them.

Also, the markings are on both sides of the billets. This is bad, because when one person is looking at their billet, if they look up they see the marked back of all the other billets and can tell they're different, which is exactly what happened to me the first time I used them (the participants were seated around a table). It'd make more sense (I think) if they were only marked on one side.
