Being a disabled person I found it hard to follow the instructions without someone talking me through it. I feel that it makes a huge difference to have verbal dialog along with the video. This is probally the first bad review I have given from a Vanishing Inc., website product. If Alex would have taken more time to explain the ticket to bill, it would have been so much better. I think he has a great effect in the ticket to bill, it looks very magical, but for me to actually learn it, I would need a more detailed video.
