You introduce a large envelope with a single jumbo card. An audience member selects a card, it's the Queen of Hearts. You reveal that the card inside the envelope matches!
The jumbo card is returned to the envelope and you offer to repeat the process to show how the trick is done. You claim that you have full influence over them and will make them choose the Queen of Hearts again. They pick a card but, uh oh, it's the Two of Clubs.
Everyone thinks you've messed up. But you then open up the envelope again and reveal the card is now the Two of Clubs.
