Decades ago, an Ali Bongo idea called "Natty Nitting" was released to great fanfare. It used a specially-gimmicked ball of yarn that transformed into a mini sweater. It was both entertaining and surprising. However, the specific ball of yarn required was nearly impossible to find, especially in the United States. This made it cost-prohibitive for many magicians.
With "The Uncanny Yarn", Steve Hart introduces his fun and affordable take on this effect for modern magicians. The premium props are accompanied by multiple routines to spark your creativity. These are great effects for parlor and stage magic performers, as well as children's magic entertainers.
This includes Steve Hart's signature routine in which cards with multiple different items of clothing are shown (e.g. socks, mittens, slippers, sweaters, etc.). One of the items is chosen. The knitting needle and yarn are then tossed in a bag, which is given a good shake. You then pull out a mini sweater that matches the card. The bag is shown empty, except for the knitting needles (which can be examined).
You'll receive the versatile yarn prop and mini sweater (choose blue, red, yellow, or green), as well as written instructions.
NOTE: Knitting needs and clothing cards are NOT included.
