Here’s how the routine looks:

Your volunteer freely names a Queen and you then remove a packet of cards from a small black envelope. The cards are spread to show four face-down cards sandwiched between two Jokers. They point to the three cards they think are not their named Queen. The final card is then turned over to reveal it matches the Queen they chose. As an extra kicker, you (or even your volunteer) turns over the other cards to show they are Jokers. Their chosen Queen was the only one you ever had!
