Magic shipping FAQs
1. How much do you charge for shipping?
We're not out to make a profit from shipping so our shopping cart determines its rates based on the actual USPS shipping costs to us. These rates are calculated based on the weight of your order.
2. Where will my orders ship from?
Our items ship directly from our warehouse in California, USA. There are a few exceptions, where we hold extra stock in the UK so that we can get some orders out even quicker to European customers.
3. Where do you ship to?
We're happy to ship our magic to anywhere in the world ... especially your house.
4. How quickly will you send out my magic?
Our shippping team are like machines. Most orders are packaged up within hours of you placing it and pretty much all of them are sent out the same day. Yup, we're that fast.
5. What company do you use to ship my magic?
We use the United States Postal Service, who offer an inexpensive and quick service for both American and international services.
6. How long will it take for my new magic to arrive?
Welcome to the million dollar question! We do our best to package and send out all orders on the same day that they arrive (with the exception of Sundays, where we'll package the orders first thing on Monday morning). The actual time that it takes to arrive is out of our control though unfortunately. We use the best USPS services possible and based on previous orders, arrival times are normally around:
USA: 2 - 5 days
Canada - 3 - 7 days
Europe: 3 - 15 days
These times aren't guarantees though; they're just rough estimates of when other orders have arrived.
7. Can I request faster shipping?
At this time, our website only offers shipping through USPS. Feel free to email us about other services and we'll do our best to accommodate, but they're normally a lot more expensive. But, if you're cool with that, so are we!
8. What if my items are not in stock?
Our website automatically manages our stock levels. So if you're able to add something to your cart, we've got it in stock! In the case of a minor stock count hiccup, we'll be in touch to let you know when we'll be able to restock and offer you a refund on the out of stock item if you'd prefer not to wait.
